This is the worst experience I have had in Haidilao . It was a birthday dinner with my wife during the low peak hour after 10pm on 27/5/2024. Service was horrible and it seems like the manager and staff does not seem to bother at all. First , it started with the water . Reminded them twice then the water came. To be fair , that wasn’t a big issue and soon after when the food was served , the server did not even bother to offer to put the prawn paste into the soup . And we had to wait for at least 15 minutes before we decided to ask for help to put it in for us . To be fair , if we weren’t paying the service charge , I would gladly do it ourselves but the nonchalance of the staff was really shocking and this is definitely not the haidilao service standard that we are all used to . So we decided to move on. It took about 30 minutes for the remaining 2 dishes to come and by then ,we were almost done with dinner . We saw no urgency in the staff especially when it was not even busy. After reminding them twice , I decided to cancel the 2 dishes( tofu and cold vegetable ) because I was already tired of waiting for the dishes to arrive. I decided to call for the manager , and when I told him about our dining experience , he just blankly looked at us without offering us any service recovery and just shrugged it off and told us that he could give us the meal free of charge but I decided to pay for it because I wanted them to be aware that it’s not about the money but the attitude and service that we were getting. Lastly he waived the cost of the 2 dishes off as we decided to send it back. However, after calling for our bill , the cost of the 2 dishes was not waived off and we had to remind them again . After reminding them , we had to wait another 15 minutes as the male server has forgotten that we called for the bill . This was really shocking service standards . I would totally empathise if it was a very busy day . But there were barely 4 tables and there was zero effort in trying to improve the service. Really disappointing experience . I hope to get a reply soon . Thank you .

Second visit for this outlet and the service is stillTop notch. Was attended by 黄玉蓉 and she was very attentive and professional.The manager of the branch was also very warm and even gave a rose and a cake for me. Wonderful service from HDL.👍

Poor service by staff Waited for more than an hour with constant reply 'your next in line'. Asked the same staff 3 times on the queue statues but never came back with an answer. Another one just brushed me off and walked away. It's amazing how this outlet can sustain it's business with such poor service
As expected of Haidilao. The food and service were excellent. Today's experience at E!Avenue is superb. Our waiter, Kaixuan, provided us with exceptional service, by attentively listening to our requests, and was proactive by paying attention to small details. He has made this a wonderful experience for us. Definitely will recommend this branch and we will also come back.
Excellent service provided by staff. Very polite and courteous. They offered assistance with many small things such as helping to get the ingredients from the pot and checked in on us regularly. We ordered pig stomach, mala milk and tomato soup. Tomato soup was good as always but the mala milk and pig stomach soup was a little diluted.
Regular weekend hotpot place. The hotpot always taste consistent. We were served by 张茜. She always make us feel comfortable and keeping our soups filled. She’s always very attentive to our needs
Service provided by Hui Min was fantastic. It's full house and yet she exceeds my expectations by providing attentive service not just to my table but other customers also. The gentleman in black is also very hardworking.
Hai Di Lao's service staff 杨茜 is very helpful and courteous. The food is very delicious! My kids enjoy coming HDL.

Would like to praise the (1) male receptionist working on 4 Feb Sunday evening and 6 Feb Tues lunch shift. I just casually asked about the manicure service since it was crowded on Sunday. I already tore my receipt and left it at the dining table but he said I could come back on a weekday and helped me to reprint my receipt at the receptionist counter! (2) the manicurist Hui Min for my well done nails and friendly service! She also suggests to u try on the colours 🙂
Had a wonderful family dinner at this outlet , my son keeps asking to come for dinner, this is 1 of his fav outlet. Thank U 啊伟, 地王, 彦彤, 蕊輟, Tomohiro, 镊輟, 嘉彉 & the team. We will definitely be returning soon to enjoy another delicious hot pot!

I hope this praise is not too lateAfter the Mayday concert last Saturday, we decided to have hot pot as a late-night snack. The staff at Haidilao in Downtown East were very conscientious and carefully organized a mini concert to keep us high. Even at 1 a.m., they couldn't stop their enthusiasm. Jason, who is particularly enthusiastic, the brother who sings "The Next Us" is very nice, and the sister who provides five-star service, I hope they will all be commended for their responsibilities! It’s been a long time since I’ve had such great service and experience at Haidilao! 👍👍

this place always is my favourite place for lunch or dinners with my love ones, their server is always very attentives and friendly, especially the manager Cindy, server Longjie and server Peter chi. can find Longjie for special soup base....and nice view
Came here many times and service is great most of the times. Yang qian served us today and she was very friendly and attentive to our needs, bringing us different desserts and helping to separate oil from the soup. Hope to see more of her in future!

Horrible service experienced at this particular outlet.. My waitress was so condescending, it made the dining experience extremely off-putting. I've never experienced anything like this before among the HaiDiLao outlets ?.I don't think I'll be back ever, which is such a shame because the other waiters that took turns serving my table seemed so nice/polite. ☹️Please do go to other outlets for at least even a decent dining experience, my money spent wasn't worth the belittlement I received.
We were at Downtown East branch. At first we had met some issue and thanks to Kai Xun & Zhi Yang & Zhong Liang, they were really friendly and patient, help up with the issues. In short, we felt like home when we were here. Hope HDL can send our appreciation to them. ?
Quite good deal for HDL members to visit this outlet on a weekday before 6pm. So members take note.Food and Service is consistent with other HDL outlet in SG. However i find a strand of hair in 1 of my food item, that is quite turn off and staff did not do any service recovery action about it. Minus Star for that.However this outlet isn't too big.

April 2023 @ Downtown East Haidiliao Hot PotInside the restaurant, most of the respective seating bay/table/corners was added with different types of party deco which was ready for any of the walk in customers, especially customers that wanted to celebrate birthday...A good place filled with a taste of China Hometown hot pot "snacks"/chinese flavour food that comes with many variety of seasoning options, located at two dedicated area/corner, which was free flow and self-service... you can take any amount that you can finished up...They also has a corner where you can get free-flow ice cream
Ambience of place is great, service is pretty good but food wise... Typical steamboat food, nothing to shout about. But I like to thank one particular service staff by the name of Peter. He seemed new and was really trying hard to excel on the job. Great effort. Very patient and friendly. Will return again for sure... 🙂
