Visited HDL Jurong Point for supper at 10PM on the 14 May as a returning customer!Booked a reservation through the server Shi Wen, as we were warmly welcomed by her during our recent last visit, we decided to come back again for supper!Her team consisting of Eric, Zheng Hua and You Wei showed us to our seats and constantly check on us to make sure all our request are met swiftly. Another plus is that our drinks are always refilled and our table is constantly cleaned without prompting.Will come back again and I highly recommend server Shi Wen to serve your next session! I was always offered a free side dish via direct booking, feel free to ask for one too!Proudly presenting my dabao for the day~ Mala peanut and beancurd!

I made a reservation online and upon reaching there, was told to sit down for 5-10 mins as they are arranging us to get in. As expected within 10 mins, we got in and really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Jurong Point Haidilao and staffs! Will definitely support again! Kuddos! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We have visited Haidilao(Jurong Point), twice already and had the most incredible experience both times. All thanks to the amazing servers, especially ZI YAO who had attended to us! 🌟 He was super kind and went out of his way to make sure we had the best time. From their friendly recommendations to their attentive service, I felt like a VIP throughout the whole meal. Big shoutout to the awesome ZI YAO👏🏾🎉 I can't thank him enough for making my visit so memorable. If you're looking for exceptional service, this waiter is the real deal!

went there for dinner on 31/12. though crowded, i can really tell that the staffs there are really passionate about their job and try to assist us in any way possible. there was a face mask changing performance known as ๅ˜่„ธ. they also did a countdown and passed everyone in haidilao a cup of drink. after 12am there were 4 staffs during the noodle performance at once along the corridor. it was really very hyped. they also did remind us about the 9% gst in 2024 and suggested us to make payment before 12am. had so much fun there and will visit again😆🤩

The service was impeccable!So attentive, so patient.Our attending waitress had to calm down a crying kid at the next table who didn't get the colour of the free gift he wanted. I blame the parent for not knowing how to discipline her kid... otherwise it would have been 5⭐️ for atmosphere.Of course, the food was ok... how difficult can steamboat food be... ?

I'm a regular patron of HDL and today we were served soooo nicely by Mr Eric from HDL Jurong Point. He made an excellent bowl of condiment for us and his specialty DIY soup base. Delicious! He had wonderful service skills and was extra attentive to us. He was multi-lingual and we had a great chatting and joking with him every now and then. Thank you Mr Eric and thank u HDL for always a great time. Great meeting u Mr Eric and thank for the limited edition heart. You served us with passion and sincerity.

Excellent service from server, Eric, who is very patient and polite when serving my family of 14 ppl with 7 kids. We have many requests during our dining and he stayed very calm and serve us with patience.Eric specially arranged a fruit platter for my boy who is celebrating his birthday there.
