On 15 May 2024, we decided to visit HDL Northshore Branch, as my kids have been wanting to try their snacks after recommendation from their classmates. We received a warm and welcoming experience with our server, 傅爱娜. She is attentive, friendly, and always smiling. Since it was our first visit, we were not sure of what to order and she duly recommended a set meal for us and even advised us on popular items to chose. It was really a comforting experience as it takes away the stress of ordering. She also provided the kids with a free kids set which they enjoyed every item on it. She also treated the kids to snacks that they came for. We throughly enjoyed the dinner and we will be back again!

She has been warmly received by her from the first day she joined the company. She is still as professional as ever when she comes here again today. Great experience on the first day of the Duo Delights promotion at $69,90 buffet for two pax. Spoiled with the wide choice of food with fresh sliced meat and veggies, as well as freshly fried snacks too. Great service from staff member Anna 小薇. Will definitely come again!

Always recieved a warm welcome from Xiao Jun Ge and his teams. Everyone is always welcoming and provide their upmost best service. Fresh Food is always served. The thickness of the soup can be adjusted to your taste as well. On certain timing, there are performances like the mask changing guy. Thumbs up!

The moment we stepped in, my family recognized Nana who assisted us at our table the last time we visited and so did she. Her warm and bubbly personality always brings a smile to our face and definitely a big plus to our experience here at Hai Di Lao. Her attentiveness and delicate service with endless personal touch are very much appreciated. She is sure a gem to the outlet.

Standard HDL service where staff are trained to be polite, friendly, helpful and attentive to the needs of patrons. The food was nice, ambience was good, we had a corner cosy seat. Favourite was their tomato soup and also the mushroom condiements that you get to mix up at the bar area for sauces. Will come again.
