This outlet customer service seems no good as compare to last time. Not being well served. And when we request for ice cream to-go, the server refuse to do so (which shock us as this is first time we was told cannot bring home and give excuse will melt fast, blah blah). The server only be nice when request us for a good Google reviews. What a funny man.

Tonight I had dinner at Haidilao in PLQ. I made an appointment for a manicure service before the Chinese New Year. I met the service staff Xu Shimin and Li Zhan during the meal. Everything was so beautiful. Even during such a busy period before the New Year, they Still have a good attitude!After the meal, I went to the manicure service. Unexpectedly, I met Semin again. Not only was her attitude super nice and friendly, but the service was really perfect. Especially the manicure was the most satisfying I have ever done. I am willing to do it again because of Semin. Go dine more often!

I went for supper around 3am on a Sunday morning.The place was mostly empty, except for 3 other tables and there was no wait time. The staff were very attentive.My only point of contention: The restaurant did not have white rice and we were informed that it was sold out. I found this very absurd and annoying.We got the tomato soup and three delicacy broth.

Staffs are not welcoming and doesn’t greet people however there was two staffs that is attentive and friendly. But there was this one lady that ignored me and walked away when I asked her for takeaway, and to be honest food portion was rly small not worth eating it honestly. Had birthday dinner with family members. We were served by Feng Mei throughout the whole dinner. She is very polite and helpful and her service is very good. Really enjoy our dinner with her joyful attitude and she even gifted my toddler with a really cute plant. Thank you and appreciate the service! Will definitely be back again for more.
