My first time visit at Haidilao @ Sun Plaza and the atmosphere of the store is very positive and energy level of the staff were generally high. The maintenance of the sauce bar is very efficient despite high traffic due to dinner time.I also have to commend manicurist 杨艳红 for her thoughtfulness and gracious in her service. Overall it’s a very pleasant experience!

Very happy to be serve by 洪珊珊 English name I think is fion from sembawang outlet she's go extra mile when my friend shirt was stain with tomato soup she helped her wipe off and even taking care of all the table around us very well even though is a busy Saturday night. Given us a plate of fruits to end our night! Thankyou u deserve to get a best staff award.

Had a great experience over here. Food was really unique and yummy.One must definitely try Fried buns for the dessert.Very friendly staff to support us in ordering.Just for information - please note that Haidilao will charge 4 SGD per pax for the condiments counter which will not be mentioned anywhere, only at the point of billing we came to know.
