Usually the outlet is extremely packed during dinner hours so the waiters & waitresses are really busy. To be honest , sometime can be a challenging task to get their assistance.
Tonight our service staff was Ms Yang Shao Hong whom our family felt she definitely deserve compliment for her excellent service.
She was really helpful & attentive even though like the others , she had to run around to serve a section of tables. She will take the initiative to inform us of the credit cards n etc promo the outlet is having before we even need to ask. Ms Yang will take the extra miles to make sure we get the assistance we requested promptly.
At the end of the dinner, she even served us a beautiful platter of fruits even though usually these fruit platters are only meant for those who came for birthday celebrations.
Seletar mall HDL will definitely be the first to come in mind , should we be looking to dine at HDL again. Thank you for the great service!
3 stars due to the shrimp paste sauce. It’s a complimentary sauce that comes together with the shrimp paste. The one that they did for us was super salty, feels like eating salty food with sesame seeds. Other outlets like Clarke quay or Marina Square is better. Service wise, very good, we managed to have takeaways!!
She is very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her & she offered us everything she can. We really enjoyed her good service throughout the meal. Will be back to this branch again.
Seletar mall's HDL really struck gold with their amazing team; every single service staff consistently went above and beyond each time I visited and made the dining experience exceptional. Very friendly smiles and highly meticulous, the team truly lives up to the HDL brand.

This outlet was surprisingly more crowded than we anticipated it. While we had made a reservation beforehand, we had to wait for 10-15 minutes for our table - however, the staff were aware of this and did their best to prepare our table as soon as they could, which we appreciated:)
Staff service was ok. My ordering was locked and needed assistance to unlock which was a bit inconvenient.
Use google/quandoo to make priority queuing before i went over. Process was smooth on a Sunday evening
The food is fresh and delicious. The new chicken collagen pot is a revolution, rich and easy to drink, and it does not have the overpowering chicken aftertaste.
