Very good service provided by staff Mr 孙忠安。We were there celebrating belated Mother's day and he assisted us to take a picture and print out on the spot for us to present to our mother as special mother's day gift. Food is nice, service is nice. Super happy to select HDL @ The Seletar Mall for celebration of event.
Hdl is always a go to place for me and my friends but, at this outlet i was quite dissapointed with the service that was being provided as it was slow and its not very busy.

Our family had been dining at HDL seletar many times, so far food & environment wise not much comment , everything was good!Usually the outlet is extremely packed during dinner hours so the waiters & waitresses are really busy. To be honest , sometime can be a challenging task to get their assistance.Tonight our service staff was Ms Yang Shao Hong whom our family felt she definitely deserve compliment for her excellent service.She was really helpful & attentive even though like the others , she had to run around to serve a section of tables. She will take the initiative to inform us of the credit cards n etc promo the outlet is having before we even need to ask. Ms Yang will take the extra miles to make sure we get the assistance we requested promptly.At the end of the dinner, she even served us a beautiful platter of fruits even though usually these fruit platters are only meant for those who came for birthday celebrations.Seletar mall HDL will definitely be the first to come in mind , should we be looking to dine at HDL again. Everything was not bad. Usual food and service standard for haidilao in sg. Only gripe is that despite making a reservation, was still made to wait 50 mins past our allotted time slot for a table. Albeit it was cny period but still, felt a bit excessive.
Our favourite Hai Di Lao branch so far in Singapore. Great service from all the staff, Jing Hua and Xiao Xiao really are the best. While the food and service across all the Hai Di Lao branches are great, HDL Seletar Mall really excels.
come to eat every weekend and always tip the service. December 30th and had to wait 4 hours for a meal. At that time I was bored and waiting in line to get my nails done. (never done it before) There were 2 people sitting at the table in front of me, I was the last person but she didn't show any respect. How can 2 people do nails (at the same table)? As far as I know, only 1 person can make 1 table. while I waited for 4 hours and me last. she just said no, is fully book. But I still waiting more 30mn and never see her do 1 more. and for the past 2 months I have not returned and will never return
Celebrated my friend’s belated birthday at HDL Seletar Mall. Ms Lin Xin Ni was assigned to out table. We felt very welcomed by her hospitality. She went the extra mile the help us peel vegetables into smaller portion so it will be easier for us to eat. She is always around our table , trying to help us whenever possible even though we did not request for her assistance. Once , she saw I took some peanuts and came up to me to recommend me to have the peanuts with vanilla ice cream. Her service level is impeccable ! Would definitely patron Seletar Mall hdl outlet again for her splendid service. Truly a gem to hdl!

a frequent goer to hdl.3 stars due to the shrimp paste sauce. It’s a complimentary sauce that comes together with the shrimp paste. The one that they did for us was super salty, feels like eating salty food with sesame seeds. Other outlets like Clarke quay or Marina Square is better. Service wise, very good, we managed to have takeaways!!

Frequent HDL very often but have to say Seletar Mall branch have really good service. I would like to have a special shoutout to 少红.She is very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her & she offered us everything she can. We really enjoyed her good service throughout the meal. Will be back to this branch again.
Seletar mall's HDL has always been my go-to as it is the nearest for me and I've never truly appreciated how excellent the team is until I patronised the branch at Marina Square (tried once and I don't think i'll be returning).Seletar mall's HDL really struck gold with their amazing team; every single service staff consistently went above and beyond each time I visited and made the dining experience exceptional. Always a consistently exceptional dining experience at Hai Di Lao! Our go-to soup bases are the Pig Stomach, Bai Yu (my personal favourite) and tomato. Thickness of soups are customisable, and as always, superb-enough to enjoy on their own. While the various cuts of pork and beef had different textures (mouthfeels), they were very fresh and robust in flavour! We loved the fish slices, prawns (not pictured), and cheese tofu. The highlight of every HDL experience however, has got to be the impeccable and hospitable service, and very friendly servers:) Our server for this night was very enthusiastic and attentive - refilling our soups whenever she noticed they were running low.This outlet was surprisingly more crowded than we anticipated it. While we had made a reservation beforehand, we had to wait for 10-15 minutes for our table - however, the staff were aware of this and did their best to prepare our table as soon as they could, which we appreciated:)
Tomato soup is still the best for us. Fish soup was quite bland and not for me. Black pork was sweet and nice. Fried luncheon meat is pricey but the kid likes it. Appetiser mala mushroom was good as usual.Staff service was ok. My ordering was locked and needed assistance to unlock which was a bit inconvenient.Use google/quandoo to make priority queuing before i went over. Process was smooth on a Sunday evening
Haidilao Seletar Mall have the best service among the hdl outlets in Singapore. 2 staff served us very warmly and very helpful. Would like to compliment Xiao Wei especially. very attentive to each of our needs and he will auto refill soup and drinks for us without us asking. Even though we asked for fruits a few times and the other staff, Qing Han helped us many times. thank you both for the good service and we had a wonderful dining experience!

The new chicken collagen pot is a revolution, rich and easy to drink, and it does not have the overpowering chicken aftertaste.

Brilliant service from 林雪妮 and 黄子维 at Seletar Mall outlet. Came here many times as compared to other outlets as we personally feel that the food here is fresh and better. All the Service crew is very nice and thoughtful by bringing us a plate of fruits for my bro birthday and 2 bag of snacks and toywithout us asking for it. Well Done, 5 Stars
Service is always great. A bit pricey but is worth the price. Foods are fresh and the soup base is delicious. We choose 麻辣，猪肚，番茄 and 菌菇。
