During our visit to Haidilao at Wisma Atria on May 22nd at 5 PM, we experienced poor service from a senior lady with a ponytail who was rude and unhelpful, constantly gossiping about us and displaying a bad attitude towards all our requests. Luckily we changed table to Chun Ket serving us. In contrast, Chun Ket serving us with smile and passion. Chun Ket and Haoyu provided exceptional service by singing a birthday song and performing the "Ke Mu San" dance, creating a joyful atmosphere. The Kung Fu noodle chef was also skilful and professional. I highly promoting Chun Ket, Haoyu and Kung Fu noodle, as their excellent service definitely brings good business to Haidilao. Should anyone visit Haidilao, try to avoid the senior ponytail lady serving table 05 or 08. Here, would like to thanks Chun Ket, Haoyu and Kungfu chef.
very good service! the waitress that served us, 海燕, is nice and friendly. the food is delicious and the atmosphere is calming!
The service was slow and the service attitude was bad. I asked the waiter to push it to another person who asked for soup and water. I couldn't see it. The waiter ordered the egg drop soup for half an hour and asked why it hadn't come yet. Then he told me that there was no more and it was a waste of me. I ordered white rice with egg custard for nothing. In the end, I had to take away the unfinished food and asked the waiter to help make the soup. She turned off the heat and turned it back on. She poured out all the fish and meat slices before the soup even boiled. It was speechless. When I got home, all the fish fillets were overcooked. Wisma outlet is really the least value-for-money Haidilao outlet I’ve ever been to.
worst hdl outlet in singapore , visited twice and had a horrible experience during both visits.first visit incident : staff included a $4 condiment fee in the bill when i did not even eat the condiment, when i clarified with her that i did not eat the condiment , she said she charged me $4 because i took a few alcohol wipes (the ones they usually give for free), then i asked if the $4 can be removed if i return them the wipes and she said ok, after that she voided the bill and issued me with a new one (without the $4 charged) and i thought that was the end of it, the next day hdl called me saying that the bill was not voided at all by that staff, ridiculous. in the end, i managed to get a refund via bank transfer.incident 2 : the dishes we ordered were served to the table opposite us , when we told the staff about it , she said she will get a new one but we had to wait for 30-45 minutes before it came. the pork jowl we ordered was pink even after cooking and the staff said it’s normal however after visiting hdl so many times in my life at so many different outlets this is the first time i’ve seen the pork jowl this colour after cooking .i only came to this outlet because of the freebies they offered , but now after 2 horrible experiences , i wouldn’t even come back to this outlet even if the whole dining experience is free.

Lixia was the staff who served our table. She’s very efficient and kind. The best thing is, she makes the best hai di lao sauce.

Worst Hai Di Lao service ever! 刘小风 should be fired.I went there 18 Feb 2024. 刘小风 splashed boiling soup on our feet. She noticed but didn't say sorry.Second, order was lagging. 刘小风 was so reluctant to help us and looked + sounded annoyed. She was rough with the ipad and was like "can't you see? there's a service delay!" though we alr clicked.When cleaning plates, she rushed though place was quite empty. She splashed water on our necks and shoulders but was still so annoyed when we told her. She said sorry in an unsincere manner and continued splashing water on us.Hai Di Lao, there is more than 4 bad reviews of 刘小风. Your reputation is going down because of her.
There is one waitress 刘小风 her service is really very bad. She worked so sloppily and quickly even though the place was quite empty. I went there with my family and she splashed water while clearing the table on me, but she only said 'sorry' quietly with no emotions. she also splashed the hot soup on my family members but didnt say anything. She really should not work here, she's spoiling hdl image, definitely wont come here again ! The service is terrible
Haoyu, this part-time waiter, has been here so many times. His service is the best. If you see his customers, remember to look for him. Beautiful women who eat alone can also talk to him and chat while eating.

The young brothers and sisters here are very enthusiastic and have the best appearance. Housekeeping and Baoling provide enthusiastic service. You can never go wrong with hot pot. We quite enjoyed our soup base. Both mushroom and chicken broth had great flavour. The sides where ample and fresh and the sauce station was abundant and flavourful. They really deserve high ratings. If I were to nit pick the only think that was lack luster was the soy milk which tasted watered down.

Visited on a sat noon with reservations, so we didnt have to wait too long to be seated. This outlet has a coffee/milk tea machine and i loved it very much!Food wise, it is as other outlet so nothing much to compare. But it is still one of the better outlets as it wasnt too crowded and service was fine too.
I think this is a new branch opened not too long ago. Nice environment, ambience and restaurant settings. The service staffs attitude and service are top notch and very welcoming and warm. Attentiveness is superb. Food quality is definitely the best for steamboat. Good job!
